Does anyone know the name of the helm (and where to get it?) in the squig herder appearance guide Carnage set?

I think it's PQs, not sure if T1 or T2 though.

If the guide follows the common rules this appearance should be on blue quality T1 helmets (lvls 1-11)

Check Auction House maybe there's something cheap here.
Blue helmets from T1 RvR influence rewards would probably have this look as well. As well as random drops from mobs or PQ bags.

If it isn't blue then just check green and purple rarities

The new Greenskin city has many goblins with this helm. I've had zero luck finding in T1 and T2 PQ bags.

...any chance one of the database item developers can toss me a hint?

I tried this way of asking for specific choppa shoulder appearance aswell. Couldnt find it anywhere either. In my case it seems to be not attainable at rank 40+, as it likely came from t2-t3 rvr bag blue gear. Could be the same deal for squigherders
