The patch contains the files for the big surprise this evening i would guess. So id rather have em patch now

Its a big one that's for sure!! Cant wait to see what's in store!

Talk about sour grapes. Relax man, it is a game, and it will be better when the patch is complete. In the meantime read a book or something.

People are relaxed. Just.. the biggest event, the biggest reveal.. and so many people are looking at patching screen instead of participating in it.
So for sure it could be planned somehow better, no?

theres only so much bandwidth an unpaid team of devs is willing to pay for, and its shared between all of us downloading. so the only solution would be to throw more money at the server provider.

unfortunately we cant help with Money

We honestly wanted to get that patch ready on Wednesday and push everything without anyone noticing, just a casual patch with some bug fixes.

Our developers have been working tirelessly till the last hour before the actual event in order to make sure everything was set. We did not expect such an amount of downloads at the same hour, which caused that slow download speed.

No worries, I guess view of Karaz-a-Karak was worth all that waiting and all that 'endless' patching! Thanks guys for making such a stunning a grand dwarf capital!
