Return of Reckoning

There is an issue of modified abilities or tactics not available after unlocking, or just goes missing after a respec, etc.
-It happens to perks that their minimun level was altered, or that rely on set bonus afaik.

Getting bolstered by joining a scenario or heading to higher level oRvR should return them back to you abilities page and hotbars.

I figured this would be the best place to post it, somebody might look for it here.

Do screenshots of the issues and the ways to reproduce, and post it (with details) on the bugtracker (link on the header).
