[Support] I cannot log in with my character

Hi, I have a problem with a character that won't let me connect with it. The character is called Druenor.

Character Name: Kravak
Level/lv40/rr65 (i think)
Guild:none
Stuck in: Mount Gunbad

There's this weird problem i'm having where, when i try to log in with my mara Kravak, it goes back to character selection after viewing the Mount Gunbad zoning screen loading a long time, then i can't log in with anyone else until, presumably the server reset happens. For example, i'll log in with my Chosen, Burnheart who's in Eataine, then when i see that goes ok...i try logging in with Kravak, then i suddenly can't log in with *any* character without it booting me back to Character selection. This has been a thing for about a day or two now, and i've never experienced this before. Thanks for any help to resolve this.

I'm looking for support please.

Character Name: Byq
Stuck in: Mount Gunbad
Guild: GIMLE

Issue:
When I choose character and want to login, there is logging location screen and after about 15s its going back to character menu.

So I choose character -> click play -> loading screen -> its going back to character's screen.


Tried to type /stuck or .stuck when loading screen -> didnt help.
