[Support] I cannot log in with my character

When did it happen - 1/07/2023 around half 10
Where was your character? - war reporting from CW to TM

The game crashed when i war reported and i've not been able to log him in since. However, I can log into all my other characters

When loading map Thunder Mountain, when i use war report.

- When did it start to happen? Jul 08
Left the game around 7pm. I was in the IC. Half past ten I tried to log in with this char, but after loading it throws me out as if in the character selection screen, only without selection. And after that the search for the server begins

At the character screen will not login to game but, other characters are not working as well.

Game crashed.
Go to login and choose witchelf. nothing happens.

When loading from character screen, the loading screen comes up, then returns to the character screen.

I have tried to spam "/stuck" and it did not work.

Other characters can log in fine.

I was having trouble logging in previously with the same problem, but then it worked once. I was able to switch zones and move around. Logged off in Inevitable City. Now I am unable to log in again, and have tried many many times.

Same as the rest, all my other characters can log in, problems started with the Tide Event, at first I could log on 1-2 characters then go back into loading screen and take my choppa out for play, yesterday it required that 4 other characters entered into game afore I managed to log him in and today its no go.

Tried /stuck x 2 aswell

- When did it start to happen? (Time/Day) Since July 21, 2023 after updating for the new live event Twilight's Tide
- Where was your character? (which zone/scenario) At the moment Ligi and Umman in Altdorf, Lioney in Eataine

- Have you participated in Garden of Morr scenario? No as I remember. But I might be wrong since I do not really remember this scenario.
-- After playing Garden of Morr, were you able to log out and log in again later/on another day and play normally?

All in all, after updating for the current live event, there are serious issues on logging in these three characters, but no problems with any other toon. Sometimes after tens of times trying to log in these three characters, it might luckily succeed once but issues still exist after logging out. Mostly I just could not log in these characters no matter how many times I tried.

"/stuck" did not work.
