Hi, I posted earlier but missed a couple details. My character's name is Halton in the Zaxxed guild and the last position was the Altdorf Library. I had some luck getting in sometimes in between tonight and my first post here. The /stuck /stuck trick seemed to work occasionally but currently even that has been failing

Hello, could you please update us if you still cannot login to your account? If you suspect that your account has been taken or if you lost access to your account, there's a whole other procedure. Message me if that's the case and I'll guide you.

I am having trouble logging in with two of my characters, Urdnath and Bedevere. Both go to the loading screen then stop and either send me back a screen or back to desktop and crash the game

Golum - Stuck again, was working fine, logged out for dinner and unable to log him back in, hangs at the loading screen, and kicks me back out to char. Select.


**edited to add - I reandomly got him logged in, then it disconnected me saying "the server closed access" or something, and then bugged again (back to hanging on the loading screen, and back to character select).
