Looking For An Item Value Add-On

I had one installed and then my UI bugged out and I had to reinstall, and now I can't find it again on Idrinth's site or application, because I don't remember the name and half the time the add-ons don't have a description, even when they actually have one.
I've searched the site and add-on for "item, value, and cost" with no results.
Anyone have any idea what it might be called?

It was NISP that I was looking for.
