Kulvorath Bloodhand

I have a quest to turn in to Kulvorath Bloodhand in the Blighted Isle. When I click to interact with him, nothing happens. He even disappears sometimes. This is my first character, is this the game or am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

the issue is already on the Bug Tracker.

so we have to wait for a fix.
