It cannot disply the character, only some floating weapons

Just finish the installation, but my laptop cannot display the characters, just some weapons, like the picture below, does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks a million!

Close the game and the launcher. Make sure your whole installation folder is not set as "Read Only" and then try restarting the launcher several times until it patches the missing files.
