I am not sure if you will find any of those. I can just give you the hint of the Blue Erkrund Tome i am wearing, which gives quite a decent boost overall

Now sharply think 2 minutes about which items require a RR to equip. Then maybe read again the name of the 'link' and together with the level/rr reqs you may find out where it is from..

In case you were talking to the OP: Interloper Book is a drop from exactly one single mob, that still remains known only to old dupers and the devs.

one question to the ekrund tome. how can a lvl 20 WP farm the tome when he gets chickend as soon he enters T1 zones?

Ask some guildies, cap all flags - relog to other faction and recap. Repeat until unlock. If someone gets a kill or two you get some extra inf even as chicken
