Return of Reckoning

Hello everyone, I've been inactive for a while (About a year or so) but today when I logged in the server says I have 0 characters and prompts me to create a new one.

I only have 1 account/login, which was saved in the launcher. I keep the game up to date if it makes any difference.

Was there a wipe or something? Was there a change in the way log in works? Tried my mail but it won't work.

PS: I tried looking it up but only say posts of 2 hears ago or something, I'm not really good at this...

Hello, there were no character wipes. You might have lost some of your character names though.

Could you please double check if you're using the right game account, rather than a forum one that has no characters attached to it?
