Return of Reckoning

hail all
Im trying to choose heraldry for my guild
i choose the options colours patterns etc
and then when i click save it says
"Saving this heraldry is permanent and will cost you 0
1720."

now i have know idea what 0 1720 is

anyway i click save and nothing happens it stays on the default white plain look

it then says you must now confirm your choice and you must do this in 5 to 60 seconds

i confirm my choices and save and nothing happens it stays on the default white plain look


ive asked other guild leaders but they say its so long ago they did it they dont know or remember how it works

ive asked gms but they sed they are just there to enforce the game rules and not help with issues.


any wisdom to shed light on this?

are you the guild leader? do you have 100g? your guild is 20+?
