Account not active problem..

I've went through the forums and FAQ seeing if there was an answer for this with no real luck. I've installed the game and I feel like I followed the instructions. Has anyone else had that issue?

As a result of this - some activation emails may be missing. Your account should be active however and you will be ready to login. If you have any addition issues please let me know.
