Return of Reckoning

As title, really want to roll my 2h tank but can't decide between these two classes.
I like them in the same way and I am struggling on which to main. I've got both at around lvl 20+.

My idea is to mainly solo roaming and do some sc.

Which are the pros and cons of 2h BO and 2h Chosen?
Why should I choose one rather than the other?

And lastly, which one will be less countered from dps-healers and rdps?
