Satchel and Box of conqueror medallions

I purchased a few Satchel and Box of conqueror medallions and they are not opening. I can move the boxes and satchel around, split them up, and am pressing CTRL + Right click and nothing.

Just right click them - you don't need to CTRL.

Tried that as well first, hovering over the satchel and box shows you need to CTRL + Right click to open.

I have the same issue with the Tier one satchels, bought 4, they won't open regardless of what I do.

This is fixed after the last hot fix\server restart.
