Return of Reckoning

Hello!

New at the game and was curious how the stat debuff abilities are handled when facing Mobs and PvE. In WoW they are/were noobtraps as only some of the stats were shared between players and NPCs.

Can i debuff willpower, initiative and strength on them?

The stat system works the same for players and NPCs. NPCs don't have a AP pool though, so AP drains won't affect them.

Most hero NPCs currently have a very high initiative value, so initiative debuffs have limited effect on them, but it does have some effect.
