Return of Reckoning

Hi all, Have played in the past, logged on this morning fine, logged off and came back later, now the launcher wants me to download 172k files,

I've tried downloading a new launcher but that hasnt done anything for me, help is appreciated!

did you start your torrentclient that locked the files again?
did you copy the launcher outside from the game folder so it cant see old files and starts downloading everything
did the file permissions get changed?

those things dont happen on its own
