Raven Host testing Public Quest is live on the server. Ill be adding more functionality to the system soon

Was on the train for a few hours today. Added support for using game objects and protecting a box for a certain amount of time in public quests. This should make stage 2 of raven host work. Also working on making all of the public quests have dynamic spawns.
