Error: System.UnauthorizedAccessException

Not sure what to do, got a new pc and reinstalled everything. DX9 is installed as suggested, all drivers are up to date and I'm running RoRlauncher.exe with admin rights. Could only find French/German threads which didn't fix my issue. Any help?
