I did not DL any patch today and The live event quest is not in my Book ? Any ideas ? Also I am not using Nerf buttons but my Vin UI is a mess and I can not seem not fix this UI issue?

I'm assuming it is server side-only currently, since the tooltips on my WP were not updated with the changes.
