is this a fresh install or a new one? And how did you download it (torrent/installer)?
meanwhile here is the quick and dirty solution...just delete and replace these stuff:

i just used the torrent downloader to install about a week ago after a full pc wipe.
gonna try the quick and dirty and see if it doesn't work.

UPDATE*
quick and dirty wasn't successful. character is still a mute. going to try a full / fresh install from the torrent downloader

got this error message when i tried to access ror from a secondary ror install

Thank you and i am in Disc. I ran the repair a few times. So far the issue is fixed.
