Hello, characters aren't deleted for inactivity - the names are only being reset after 1+ year. Make sure you've logged in to the right account, you might have created two accounts by mistake.

Aromatkungen, i noticed that name in a wb this morning "High Pass"

Have you deleted a character recently? You might accidently deleted it.

Ok there were just some bugs with the client not updating, had to restart the comp.. "solved"

Hmm so I assume he means that his character name was just lost after coming back from vacation.
