Return of Reckoning

anounce rotations for example warband challenge:

• /rotate t Challenge 30 - every 30 seconds each tank is reminded to challenge
• /rotate h DivineProtection 30 - every 30 seconds each healer is reminded to use morale 3p
• /rotate off "Challenge" - turn challenge anouncements off

Rightclicking an ability name in the UI will remove that ability.
