Return of Reckoning

Hello everyone.
Today, 11th of April, half an hour before the server restarts after the IC raid, I was rearranging bank space. While dragging and dropping items from one slot to another, one item got lost. I picked it up through left click, but couldn't drop it by left klick again (nothing happens) so I right clicked, which made it disappear.
This never happened to me before.
I checked all the inventory and bank slots or character slots. It's definitely gone.
Is there anything I can do?
It was a vanq chestpiece, so a pretty valuable item.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Toppas, sorry to hear this happened to you.

We do not refund lost items for several reasons, mainly due to the lack of tools. It's not the answer you want to hear but it's our policy regarding these incidents, even if they were caused from the server's side.

Well, you are right - thats not the answer, I wanted to hear but I was afraid there is nothing we can do.
