Simple coundown addon for scenarios and other things.

• /countdown - 30s countdown
• /countdown 7777 - 7777s countdown
• /countdown end - toggle end of scenario countdown
• /counddown header - toggle header
• /countdown start - toggle scenario start countdown
• /countdown size:max 100 - set the maximum size to 100
• /countdown size:exponent 1 - set the scaling formular exponent
• /countdown grace 2 - set the grace period for showing the last message to 2 seconds
