Return of Reckoning

My KOTBS last logout in Dwarf T1 Blood Mount. I intended to fly from Dwarf Ekrund war camp flight master to Nordland. But it sent me to Dwarf T1 Blood Mount (the destro area) the southest part of the map where Dwarf building vessels. Then I use rally trying to go back to the war camp. But it sent me to some unknown place with Zone 0 (). I logged out. Later, I login the toon, it appears Blood mount splash screen and then send me back to the character page. I tried to login my other toon. It appears the last location (Blisted Isle) Splash screen and then send me back to the character page.

How to reset it so that I can play the toons again? Please help.

Type /stuck and press enter when on loading screen.

Where to type the command when the splash screen is loading?

YEAH, solved. When loading, just type /stuck and enter and it works like a charm. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Both toons can now enter the map.
