Not the rolling over, but the timing is quite sus.

I do not see order or destru side. I see players > predictable gearneedy/greedy players and with them comes the min-maxing.
Every single little least bit to, can and will be min-maxed. If it was destru, you wouldn't even be posting this I guess.. you would be offline cause supplies changed, huh?

the long delay before handing on supplies was a bug, not a change, and it was annoying as hell. Nothing to do with the pop, more like the appeal of a 5 stars Altdorf...
