Request to restore Purple Seed

Hello,
I recently had a Purple seed go poof to the cultivating bug that I have personally known about for years. I first heard of it from Sweetummz years ago, so this has been happening to people for at least that long. It's prevalent on the Bugtracker as well.
I actually took a video of it happening:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oiEdq6XAmDI
The video clearly demonstrate the Cultivating bug as I cannot harvest the grown seeds, it clearly demonstrates the existence of said seed, and I even mouse over a large stack of the mat it grows just in case there was any doubt.
I spoke to both a developer and GM about the issue and I am to understand that it is not the team's policy to restore lost items.
I'm asking to have the seed restored and I kind of hate to do it because I can't imagine the amount of seeds that have been lost by people over the years but I want to set a precedent here that with video-proof, someone with the power could spend a small amount of time to restore a lost item of incredible rarity. I don't think something like this would slide across the table too often for someone to spend a little bit of time every month to fix it.
Just to clarify the level of rarity of these seeds, I have done well north of 100 pve runs on this server. I have something like 6 Characters with Sent jewel, at least 2 done while 13 runs was necessary, 3+ Bloodlord Cloaks, Full Redeye on god knows how many, and that doesn't include runs I went on just to help or runs I went on for a sent tali. I think I have seen 2 purple seeds drop during all of that. I actually had 2 seeds because I acquired one years ago, when 26 or 29 was the cap (something in that area) from a high level hero.
I think that a precedent like this is a very important one to set at some point on this server. If a character loses a Bloodlord Weapon for instance, that character is bricked if the item cannot be restored. It doesn't matter if it's renown 80 or 90 or 100, that character can never reobtain the item.
Thank you for your consideration and I sincerely hope that you consider the gravity of the situation and respect the time investment of players here,
Thank You,
Uchoo
