The idea is making frenzies more attractive. The damage output of frenzies mostly not worth the work especially when the get parried or blocked. S so the idea is give frenzies parry strike through on some way.

That's possible on a new tactic starting with the first Bloodlust or with Whirling Blades by adding parrystriketrough with five bloodlust.
