[Choppa] what kind of feature/bug is that?

Hi choppaz!
i recently had the pleasure to fight one of you and got completly destroyed even though i normally have a good chance vs you.
the thing that i am struggeling with is: how the heck can choppaz ignore repel blasphemy (100% parry buff)?
i mean RB hittet so the buff must have been activated but got completely ignored. see screenshot
