Don't have tactics bar in game. Anyone?

Hello, since last patch I don't have tactics bar anymore on my screen so I can't change tactics (I even don't see it). I re start many times launcher and reboot PC. This issues affect all toons of my account. Any solution?

have you already tried the repair function?
launcher > cog > repair

I did it with no effect. Also I have visual bug in Tok. I see armory and the current page like an overlay. So its very confusing. Any solution?
