Missing character...can a mod check character mail?

my characters are gone...I need to check for sure what mailw as used to register these characters...Dualitysword and Dualityshield are my characters...still in armory...but gone...any1 pls help...i wanna make sure I'm not using the wrong email... or did u jsut deleted my characters for no reason? they are like half a year old...
