Quality of life changes for order

Hello everyone i have been thinking of some quality of life changes for order classes that are considered weak. first lets start on engi. this change is pretty easy. switch all the corp damaging abilities to elemental to better synergies with bright wizard like magus synergizes with sorc. next would be to revert the run away tactic to how it was, remove it from squig herder and give AM a tactic called walk between worlds which would be a mirror to run away.
I think the engi change is important because atm engies are unwanted in organized wb play and are only good for defending keeps. having them synergies better with BW would be great. I suggest reverting the change on run away because RSH dont run it anymore since there tactic slots are pretty locked in and they have a cast able movement speed buff. AMs really depend on positioning and if they had a speed buff like Shaman it would make them more viable in City play. Im not saying AM or Engi is weak in anyway because i believe the AM can pump better heals than the shaman due to not having to go 13 points up the healing tree and being able to go 5-2-2 gear set up while still running energy of vaul/fury of the green.
I make these suggestions as a player of both sides with an 83 shaman and 83 rsh and 73 engi. My favorite part about my shaman is being able to roll around at the speed of sound and i think AMs deserve to be able to do the same. it feels good being the only healer that zooms off like that in the whole city WB.
please tell me what you think and any issues that might come up.
Personally i think a big issue would be that it would enable BWs to deal much more damage with a elemental debuff from engies. which is probably not healthy for forts. but its just a thought. thank you for reading
