not showing player models in character creation

first time booting up the game and i'm not seeing any character model or armour... just weapons

Hey,
close game and launcher. Open the Launcher again and wait for the patches you are still missing.

I had to do a repair when this was happening for me if the above option doesn't fix it.

or try to rmb on a folder with game and turn off 'read only'
