Return of Reckoning

There used to be a series of tweaks to be done to a few files and when starting up WAR that completely did away with the eventual stutters every 3 seconds. Something along the lines of checking a box or two in some property files then running a certain file as admin. Perhaps an alternative launcher for WAR? I cant recall it's been so long.

If anyone recalls and/or knows what I'm talking about please share these tweaks!
