Return of Reckoning

The launcher is working and I am able to log in. However when I get to the screen to choose race/class etc, I am unable to see the character models. Actually, the only things I can see are the weapons they are holding.

Tried repairing a few times and restarting the launcher-it appeared to then verify a handful of things (Manifest, Art, World etc.) but still no dice

Solved it, thanks for the suggestion though. I missed the step where instead of putting the entire folder in the Program Files, you go one step back and literally dump it on your C drive
