Returning player

Apologies if this is the wrong place.
Was planning on returning after being away for a while, managed to reset my password and log in today, however none of my old characters are there. Cant remember most of their names, but the Main one was my IB called Targe. Any change I will be able to get them back? Or shall I just start afresh?

hmmm, when I reset password this was the account that came up in the email, dont remember if i ever had more than one, this could be a pickle

Well I just got lucky with a few guesses
Targe is back in my arms
