Shadow Leap is super fun and effective if you use it right. Can't say it often enough.

I must say it was a really good decision to move it to a separate skill, now it is possible to use TA when you want and if you want to use the leap instead you can use the leap.

I have (somewhat unexpectedly) experienced some situations where I actually have found the new leap useful, though I wish it had a little more range than 30ft.

Still, I find it strange to have a leap connected to the stealth mechanic. I think it might be better to have it as a finisher, or a normal ability, since leaping often is either unneccesary while closing in on a (new) target, or impossible when already fighting a target (impossible to stealth in fights usually, usually only done with Agile Escape->Stealth, but then why would you want to leap back in?).

I like it that they seem to try and move the WE to a more frenzied fighter, moving quickly around the battlefield, fits with the lore. I believe the leap requires more evaluation/testing and possible changes before it feels right though, especially regarding where the skill should be placed (opener, finisher, normal skill, morale?)

It's a good idea. However I think it's doomed to fail as it'll have to compete with the WL and SW, and there's no way design wise they'll be comparable because "WE has stealth" just kills it and ends up making the class either a 1 trick pony or way OP.

though half of them felt like testing.
it's clear KD is better than pounce for ambush.
stealth is better gap closer.
rest scenarioes, when u can't reach target by normal ways ( as stealther ), that's when pounce time.

so i got pounced when running, kiting.
b4 pounce, if they could only throw dagger. now more chance to catch.
it means you need to meet kiter first to see benefit of this skill.
does order have good kiters? i don't think so.
coward running =/= kite.

The main issue its linked to stealth.. very very weird.

Could see some use if not linked to stealth and openers.
