1) You can move round the side and not get touched.
2) This is such small fry it's not worth the time it'd take to resolve.
Just hide and wait it out.

if anything the punishment for killing someone in spawn should be removed
stop catering to pugs who queue for pvp but cant handle dying

maybe people should not be trying to heal their tank champs outside the barriers while standing at the barrier, healing in safety.
ideally nothing would be OUT froom spawn, and nothing IN.

Are the devs going to do anything about this, it is getting pretty lame and discouraging for new players. City is rough as it is for new players facing people with much better gear, but there seems to be an allowance for them to also be farmed through the barriers as soon as they respawn, do you want new players to just log off after getting to level 40? Some guilds seems to not bother with it and show a bit of dignity but some just abuse it non stop.
