Anyone know how to do this? The "reset heraldry" button is always greyed out.

First you have to have permission under MANAGE

And then you change under REWARDS by clicking RESERVE HERALDRY

I am assuming there is a delay process in the Heraldry actually showing the changes, as It didn't take effect immediately when saving it.

Oh, thx. It does mention the word "reserve" in the tool tip, so that makes sense. Thx

Upon further review, the tool tip says "Note: This will cost you 0 1722" I'm going to guess that it's simply bugged. I'll be pestering a GM ASAP.

Did you get your banner? Did GM answer? I have the same issue and if 01722 refers to have that amount of gold I have it.

Heraldry reservation is just a reservation. You don't display it until higher guild levels.
