Return of Reckoning

Hello,

There was a dark elf player in IC who had no hair but it's not available on char creation, how did he get it ? was it a past event ? I would like to have it for mine. He also had the rr85 dark elf cosmetic but he is rr 83, how is this possible ?

Probably a GM or Dev showing off cosmetic items that are not avaiable to normal players but that it should be because everyone deserve to look pretty.
