Wer kennt den Fehler und kann helfen?

Habe jetzt schon Repair genutzt, nach download beendet war -> selber Fehler

Spielen konnte ich schon aber seit gestern geht nix mehr.

its the problem with permissions.
stop your torrentclient from accessing the files.
right click and properites on your Return Of Reckoning folder
and unmark the read-only and apply to all files.

also make sure the entire folder and files are whitelisted on your antivirus and firewall

Neu Installation ebenfalls durch geführt ebenfalls mit der selben Fehlermeldung.

ein verschieben des gesamten Ordners hatte zur Folge das der Patcher sich ganz normal starten ließ.

hmm that is weird that you had to move the entire folder.. but well if it works then good. i bet it was still some weird permission issue, or something else used/blocked those files
