Renown Trainer Near the Training Dummies?

In Altdorf, would it be possible to add a renown trainer closer to the dummies or even inside guild hall? With the change to making renown respec free it would be a nice QoL change to move a renown trainer closer so we can test builds without having to run all the way to the Sigmar temple and back.
No idea what it is like for IC, but I'm assuming there is a similar long distance jog.
