Return of Reckoning

So, since the WL is the only MDPS in the game without a proper heal debuff (50% out going) and it has received several nerfs over the past year or so.

I would like to suggest the option to "upgrade" Thin The Herd to a 50% incoming heal debuff, through slotting a tactic (similar to marauder, maybe without the self heal component).

This would bring them up to par with other MDPS in the game, make them slightly more desireable for group play and help out tremendously in ranked sc.

Make it a 9-pts incoming heal debuff, like every other mdps and most healers in the game.

Problem solved.
