Broken buttons

My button to let me que for sc's is not working. I have tried reloadui, resetting my ui to default, logging out and back in, the repair feature in the patcher if anyone can offer so advice would be greatful.Someone said I may have to reinstall the game and I would rather not do that as the internet I have sucks.So i reinstalled the game and it is still broken please help
