Return of Reckoning

Greetings All !

I installed the "Thank the Resser" 1.2 addon a few days ago.

I set up my phrase to be a simple "Thank you so much, %p !!"... since the addon is "advertised" as being able to substitute the actual healer's name in for the "%p".
But that's not happening. It's printing out the %p.

Am I doing something wrong? Is this a "known issue" ??

So, I wasn't sure where this setting was. I checked my game folder > user folder > UserSettings.xml and my Language = 1... which, searching here, must mean "English". So, I'm assuming that's a "yes" ??

Had you previously installed Thank The Resser 1.1.0 before installing 1.2.0? If so, it could be that the old files didn't get replaced properly in your addons or user folder.

I recently installed 1.2.0 after 1.1.0 after ensuring the 1.1.0 files were fully removed, it worked fine. The 1.1.0 version from Idrinth's site didn't support the name variable.

Ohhh... that must be the issue. Looks like I downloaded 1.1 by mistake! Thank you !!

Here is a link to the thread with the link to version 1.2.0. The Idrinth site only has version 1.1.0

That was my mistake, then. I had considered the Idrinth site to be "the authority" on the latest-and-greatest mod versions.

For the most part, it is but there have been some exceptions. It looks like Wargrimnir just added the 1.2.0 version to Idrinth's site now so that's good news.
