Return of Reckoning

So the Halloween masks have abilities on them. Does anyone know what they do? Like INTROSPECTION or the PLAGUE ability?

You can use them like the Zealot/Rune Priest granted abilities if they are active. Mouse over and they tell you.

I’ve seen blue and purple masks drop and roll initiates for them but never seems to complete

Haven't worked for me but I'm probably doing it wrong

You need to wear the mask to have the granted ability , use it as alt appearance doesn’t grant anything , neither place the item in hotbar.
