We announce events prior to their release date on our media accounts, via some twitch streamers and lastly, articles we provide to known video gaming blogs.

PC Gamer is one of the leaders in video gaming blogs, it's not a "shady website".

On the forums, you get the announcement when it's live, you don't get early teases/anticipations.

Dunno man, i'm just used to getting game related infos on the website of the game. DEFO NOT on twitch...
That being said, any website that requires me/asks me to turn off my addblocker is kinda shady and I'm not interested in checking it out.
