if you like easy mod then you are in good hands on the order side
but if you like to play nightmare on warhammer online where it doesn't matter which class you choose then you should choose destroys ..

None. Killing healers is a group job in this game.
For damage go Slayer or Choppa.

Best try a few different roles though. getting to 20 takes only a few hours actually. Anything pre 40 really does not take that much time. The long grind starts after conquerer gear. So you can easily roll a few different classes into their late 30s and then with more knowledge commit to one or two for the grind

Population imbalance shifts every now and then. Sometimes with different time zones logging in.
I suggest play both sides. Then you can join the winning team. Or the losing team. Whatever your style may be.
