Bug: Mara: Touch of Instability hits twice

As title says.

Submitting bug reports is always appreciated, but also only effective when reported in the right way.

- You need to create a Github account if you don't have one already.
- Please take a few seconds and search for the bug, in case it was already reported there is no need to duplicate the report.
- Follow the Github bug report requests (screenshots/video, how to duplicate the bug, etc.)
